I have personally experienced that my emotions
have spiritual lessons hidden within them.
When I drop beneath the narrative of the feeling,
I meet the energetic wave of the emotion directly.
This is where the true tension and the transformation live.

Another route is from the sensation into the emotion.
When the stuck emotion is met with pure,
unconditional Loving attention,
it cannot stay frozen.
It shifts, it moves, it softens, and reveals
the intelligence within it…
the Gift.

This is a universal law of transmutation
and a foundational truth of sovereign healing.

When I choose to fully process my feelings
related to traumatic life events,
the energy gets unstuck, the lesson presents itself,
and then empathy for the 'Other Self' flows freely.
